The Accident Book is comprised of a Ring File that contains all reported incidents using the following template:

First Aid Boxes (2) are located on the Red Rib and within the Office. The first aid contents are reviewed every month. The contents of the First Aid Boxes follow the S.L 424.13 WORK PLACE (FIRST AID) REGULATIONS 

• 1 Bottle of Disinfectant (250ml)

• 6 Sterile gauzes 18 x 40 cm

• 1 Pack of sterile gauze 10 x 10 cm

• 1 Bottle of ammonia

• 4 Cambric bandages 5 cm

• 1 Cambric bandage 7 cm

• 1 Pack of adhesive plaster

• 1 pack of 10 medicated plasters

• 1 compression gauze

• 1 pair of scissors

• 1 tourniquet

• 1 pack of 2 splits for fractures

• 1 First Aid Instructions

• 250 g of cotton wool
