Inés Nuño has dedicated her career to education, child development, and family literacy, and is passionate about the healthy and fruitful development of each child under her care. She currently teaches Spanish here at St. Dorothy’s. Señora Nuño most recently served as a Program Leader for Think Together, one of the largest nonprofit providers of expanded learning program in the U.S. Previously she served 13 years as a Preschool teacher and Leader of the Family Literacy Program at Covina Unified School District.

Inspired by her love for painting and the arts, she obtained a Certificate in Gallery Design/Operation, and worked as Assistant Manager at the Mt. San Antonio College Art Gallery.

She received an Associates in Arts degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Mt. San Antonio College and subsequently a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Gender, Ethnicity, and Multicultural Studies from the California State Polytechnic University at Pomona.
