Ms. Sue Sweetman

Bio

My name is Sue Sweetman. I have had the privilege of instructing the students of St. Dorothy Catholic School since 1998. I began in 5th grade and graduated up to 8th grade. Presently, I instruct the jr. high students (6th - 8th) in Social Studies, and Language. I also instruct 8th grade in Literature.

I received my bachelors degree and teaching credential from California State University, Long Beach. I continued my education by attending the University of La Verne Law School obtaining my Juris Doctorate and certified by the California State Bar. In addition to my position at St. Dorothy School, I am an adjunct instructor at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut and Pasadena City College in Pasadena.

My four children attended St. Dorothy Catholic School receiving an excellent academic foundation that has enabled each of them to attend and graduate from amazing universities - University of San Francisco, Azusa Pacific University, and Gonzaga University.
