On our website students, parents and teachers alike have free access to a personal statement library of hundreds of annotated past personal statements. While finalising their final drafts of their statement, it can be really helpful to look at others for inspiration and guidance. You can access it here (no login required) here: http://purepotential.org/personal-statements/ for statements from Accounting to Zoology.
Check out this page: http://purepotential.org/events-opportunities/ for listings of events - both face-to-face and virtual - where sixth formers can explore degree subjects through mock lectures, university life through campus visits, find out about funding, and more. We have listings from a range of universities as well as organisations such as the Sutton Trust, Prime and upReach. All of the opportunities on our page are completely free of charge.
