Mission: The Accountable Care Collaborative Program Improvement Advisory Committee (PIAC) is made up of stakeholders who provide guidance and make recommendations to help improve health, access, cost and satisfaction of members and providers in the Accountable Care Collaborative.
Time Commitment: Members serve terms lasting four years and are eligible for up to two terms. Meetings are held once per month for 2.5 hours. Members must attend at least 75% of meetings. Members must participate in one PIAC subcommittee or regional PIAC committee.
Membership Criteria:
Membership is open to Health First Colorado Members and advocates, and representatives of primary care, behavioral health care, hospital care, and specialty care. Committee members are selected through an application process.
