• Mission Statement: CCHA facilitates MAC to gather feedback from members and caregivers on how to improve our programs and guide us in innovative new approaches to whole person, coordinated care. Our goal is to confirm the interventions we offer apply to the real lives of members. Education regarding Medicaid benefits and applicable resources are often provided during meetings or in off-months via a MAC newsletter. 

• Time Commitment: Meetings are held every other month for a total of 6 meetings throughout a calendar year. 

• Membership Criteria:

  • Medicaid member or a guardian/caregiver of a Medicaid member; preferred that Medicaid member is attributed to CCHA. 

• Compensation: $50/meeting
