Program Onboarding

Residential Check-In

SEP participants staying in the GSB Residences can check-in on Saturday, October 28th or Sunday, October 29th.  Please let us know if you will be checking in on Saturday or Sunday when completing our pre-program questionnaire. We will not be able to accommodate check-ins prior to those dates. GSB Residences is open for accommodations check-in 24 hours a day. 

Program Onboarding:  Sunday October 29th - 8:00am - 1:00pm 

Each member of the class needs to attend an on-boarding appointment. Program on-boarding takes place prior to the start of the program.  A link to register for program on-boarding will be sent in October. 

During the program on-boarding process, our staff will provide you with course materials, set up your course app, provide you with the iPad you will use during the SEP program, and help with other questions or needs you may have. Please bring all program account information (usernames and passwords) to your program on-boarding appointment.

While you are registering for a 15-minute time slot, we expect the full program check-in process to take up to 90 minutes, so please allow for that time in your schedule.  For example, if you register for the 10:00 - 10:15am PT slot, please know you will be in the program check-in process from approximately 10:00 - 11:15am PT. 

A set number of appointments are available each hour, please plan your travel to the program accordingly. We advise scheduling an appointment as early as possible after checking in to your accommodations. On-boarding appointment times are in US PST. 

Additional information about the program on-boarding appointment sign up process:

• If you do not see your preferred time available then that appointment slot is full.  

• We are not able to accommodate appointment time switching, but you are welcome to cancel your appointment and find another time that works for you using the link above.  

• All duplicate appointments will be canceled leaving the earliest appointment registered for.
