The primary purpose of study groups are to discuss the cases and readings with fellow participants in preparation for the day’s classes. Reviewing course materials and engaging in dialogue with your peers provides an informal setting to learn from each other. Each study group’s composition reflects the diversity of your Stanford Executive Program cohort. Year after year participants report that working with their peers is one of the most important aspects of the Stanford Executive Program.
Study groups are assigned by program staff. On campus, each week the composition of the study groups changes allowing a diversity of perspectives during discussions and facilitating engagement with a wide range of classmates. The study group assignments for the online period will be based on time zones.
