Executives from around the world come to attend the Stanford Executive Program (SEP). We strongly recommend you prepare for the unlikely event that you will need medical assistance during your time on campus. The SEP program fee does not include medical, surgical or hospital coverage. Medical needs while visiting the United States can be expensive without insurance coverage. Most international insurance is not accepted by US medical providers. We encourage you to review your medical insurance coverage and prepare for any potential need for medical care.
In our pre-program survey we will ask for your arrival information. This information will be helpful for our team to prepare to welcome you to Stanford.
A pre-program survey will be sent to you via email end of August/early September.
SEP is a residential program. All of your classmates will be living on campus during the program, so planning your stay will be an important part of the SEP experience. Check out our residential housing information under Accommodations. Residential check-in will take place on Saturday, October 28th.
Review your transportation options to and from Stanford before you land for a seamless arrival. The drop-off/pick-up location will be GSB Residences: 680 Jane Stanford Way, Stanford, CA 94305.
Review the general emergency information, emergency announcement hotlines here, and earthquake or fire response instructions.
Please read the Stanford University and Stanford Graduate School of Business policies prior to your arrival on campus.
Program on-boarding will take place on Sunday, October 29th. Staff will provide you with course materials, provide you with the iPad you will use during SEP, and help you with other questions or needs you may have. Program on-boarding is separate from Residential Check-In. A link to register for program onboarding will be posted soon.
