Study Abroad

Studying Abroad is a wonderful opportunity that you should try to take advantage of during your time at Stanford. If you are accepted into one of Stanford’s Overseas Studies programs, the Stanford in Washington program, or the Stanford in New York Program, the financial aid office will automatically revise your financial aid award. There’s no need to contact the office because they are informed directly from Bing Overseas Studies and the Vice Provost of Undergraduate Education. Your student budget will be increased to cover your travel costs, and if you receive Stanford scholarships, you will automatically be considered for one-time grants/loans to help with extra costs. Please remember that funds are not guaranteed for multiple trips/overseas seminars.

If you want to learn more about studying abroad, schedule a meeting with one of the Bing Overseas Studies Program Advisors.
