St. Albert the Great utilizes MySchoolBucks, a secure online portal that allows parents to pay for school meals, track purchase history, and set up automatic low-balance alerts. Follow this step-by-step guide to get your account up and running in minutes.
Before you can add your student, you need to establish your own user account.
Visit the Website: Go to MySchoolBucks.com.
Sign Up: Click the "Sign Up Free" button on the homepage.
Enter Personal Info: Provide your name, email address, and phone number. Your email address will serve as your username.
Security: Create a secure password and set up your security questions. These are vital for recovering your account if you ever forget your login details.
Verify: You may receive a confirmation email or a text code to verify your identity. Follow the prompts to complete the registration.
Once logged in, you must link your account to the correct school system.
Select State: Choose Kentucky from the drop-down menu.
Find District: Search for and select St. Albert the Great.
Note: If you are searching and cannot find the name, double-check that you have selected the correct state, as there are schools with similar names in other states.
Now you need to connect your children to your account. You will need their Student ID number for this step.
Add Student: From the dashboard, click on "Add Student."
Details: Select your student's specific school (if prompted), then enter their First Name, Last Name, and Student ID (referred to as lunch number) or Date of Birth.
Tip: Your student also uses the lunch number for other purposes, such as checking out library books, so most students tend to memorize the number by 2nd grade or so.
Confirm: Once the system finds a match, click "Add Student." You can repeat this process for multiple children.
To make deposits or pay fees, you'll need to link a funding source.
Click on the User Icon (top right) and select "My Billing Accounts."
Select "Add Account" to securely link a Credit Card, Debit Card, or E-Check.
Convenience Fees: Be aware that MySchoolBucks typically charges a small program fee per transaction for online payments.
If you have any questions about MySchoolBucks, please feel free to contact the school cafeteria manager.
