Learn to Type

You can learn to type for free at TypingClub.com.  Follow the steps pictured on the left to sign up!  Typing Club's starter course, Typing Jungle, is the perfect starting point for 4th - 12th graders.  It contains 685 lessons designed to teach the skill of "touch typing" (typing without looking at the keyboard).  Each lesson is just 1 or 2 minutes long and the course generally follows this pattern:

• A short video introducing the concept

• A short lesson working on one or two letters using the same finger (on different hands)

• A short lesson working with more complicated letter patterns and words.

• A short game designed to test your skills.
