We are using Sycamore for Parent/Teacher/Student conferences again this trimester. Conferences are on Tuesday, February 11 from 3:00 pm to 8 pm, and Wednesday, February 12, from 1:00 to 8:00 pm. Each conference appointment is for 15 minutes. The last appointment slot ends at 8:00 pm. Conferences are with Homeroom teachers only. Please arrive at the appropriate classroom a few minutes early so we can keep all appointments on schedule. The post below explains how to sign up for a conference. Unfortunately, conference signups must be done on a web browser such as Chrome, Edge or Safari, not the Sycamore phone or iPad app. If you are using an iPad or iPhone, you should be able to complete the signup process by using Safari and then forcing Safari to display the Desktop version of the website. Important news about the Sycamore iOS and Android apps
Sycamore is no longer supporting the iOS or Android app. They are moving to a "web app", which you can access by going to sycamore.school on a phone or tablet. The login process is the same as the computer version: enter the school ID (3505), enter your username, and then enter your password. The usernames and passwords remain the same. You can bookmark the URL fr the web app and place it on your phone's home screen:
On Android: Open Chrome and go to sycamore.school. Tap the triple dots icon and select "Add to Home Screen."
On iOS/iPadOS: Open Safari and go to sycamore.school. Tap the share icon and select "Add to Home Screen."
Please note that the web app cannot be used to sign up for a conference. You have to use the app.sycamoreschool.com site to sign up for a conference.
Conference signups will begin at approximately 8:00 pm on Monday, February 3, 2025. Conference signups will close on Friday, February 7, 2025 at approximately 3 pm.

Step 1: Sign into Sycamore.
Step 2: There will be a section called Parent Teacher Conferences (Winter 2025) on the right side of the screen.
Click Check Your Schedule.
Step 3: Click on the drop down menu to select your student.
Step 4: Conferences are with homeroom teachers only. Conferences begin shortly after school and the last appointment slot ends at 8:00 pm. Each conference appointment is 15 minutes. Available conference appointment slots will appear in green. Click in a slot to select it. (Please note that these screenshots and recordings were made in the Fall 2023 trimester, so the date you see for the current trimester conferences will be different than those in the pictures/videos.
Step 5: You will be asked to confirm the appointment. Click the blue Confirm button to finalize the appointment. Once confirmed, you can only cancel an appointment by contacting the teacher.
Step 6: Repeat Steps 3 - 5 if you have another student and need to schedule a conference for that student. When you are finished scheduling all conferences, you may click the light blue Summary button in the upper right corner to see a summary of your conference appointments.
