Description:
This class meets the needs of our diverse population of students and will cover the 4 components of Physical Fitness (Agility, Cardiorespiratory Endurance, Flexibility and Muscular Strength/Endurance) to enhance overall health and well-being. This class will include lifetime sport activities; individualize fitness workouts, health concepts, and vocabulary. (Semester or Yearlong Course)
*Open to both 7th and 8th graders.
