Description:
Students will participate in creating and responding to art and explore art history, criticism, aesthetics, and production . This course can only be taken once per year, but can be taken both 7th and 8th grade. (Semester Course)

Description:
Students will create computer artwork employing the elements and principles of art. The course will lead to understanding computers for drawing, editing, visual design, video game design, digital manipulation, video production, cross analog/digital processes, mixed media and new media. (Semester Course)

Advanced Art
Advanced Art
Description:
This class is for those that are serious about art! We will be diving into more complex art projects and using more advanced art tools in both 2D and 3D. (Yearlong Course)
Requirements:
This class is for eighth grade students who have taken Art in the 7th grade, showed passion, hard work, and earned a high grade. The Art teacher will invite students, that meet the criteria, to take part in the application process. Space is limited and must be able to fit into a student's schedule.
