At Malvern College Egypt, we believe that education extends beyond academic success. Instilling a sense of compassion, responsibility, and social awareness is central to our values, and we are proud of the many ways our students engage in meaningful charity work and community service.
Our students are actively involved in a wide range of service initiatives, both locally and globally, that aim to make a positive impact on the lives of others and the world around us. We support a number of important causes, including a long-standing partnership with the Baheya Foundation for Breast Cancer, through which we help raise awareness and funds for vital treatment and support services.
Locally, our students dedicate time and resources to working with a nearby orphanage, building relationships and bringing joy through regular visits, donations, and creative activities. Environmental responsibility is also a key focus, with student-led clean-up projects at Nile banks and Wadi Degla, promoting sustainability and a deep respect for Egypt’s natural heritage.
In times of national and international crisis, the MCE community comes together to support humanitarian efforts through organisations such as the Red Cross and other emergency appeals. Our response is always swift, compassionate, and reflective of our shared belief in the importance of standing with others in times of need.
Through these experiences, students develop empathy, leadership, and a strong sense of global citizenship; values that will stay with them for life. Community service is not just an activity at MCE; it is an essential part of who we are.
