As Chairman of the Azazy Group, he has played a leading role in establishing and developing high-quality educational institutions in Egypt. In his role as Chair, Khaled provides strategic direction to the Board, ensures its effective operation, and represents the Board in external matters.
Maged Monir Fahmy brings over 30 years of leadership experience in executive management, finance, and administration across both international and local organisations. He has held senior roles in education, business, and governance, including serving as Secretary General of Future University in Egypt. Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, Maged combines strong strategic leadership with expertise in compliance, risk management, and organisational development. At Malvern College Egypt, he serves as the Governor responsible for Safeguarding, ensuring that the highest standards of care, protection, and governance are upheld for all students.
Mohamad Abd ElKader has extensive experience in administration, planning, and leadership across the education sector, including senior roles at Future University in Cairo and El Alsson Schools. With a background in commerce and professional training in policy, economics, and diplomatic preparation, he brings strong skills in strategic planning, organisational management, and compliance oversight. At Malvern College Egypt, he serves as the Governor responsible for Health and Safety, supporting the College in upholding the highest standards of facilities management, building safety, and operational practice.
