Early Years

The Early Years at Malvern College Egypt provides a safe, secure, happy, and engaging introduction to learning. Our approach places the child at the centre of their educational journey, offering cross-curricular, meaningful opportunities that promote curiosity and discovery. We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, carefully monitoring progress across the seven key areas of learning and development to ensure each child receives the support they need to thrive.

Through an inquiry-based approach, we spark children’s interest by exploring topics that genuinely engage them. They learn to listen, express ideas, solve problems, and develop resilience by persisting through challenges. We recognise that children grow and develop at their own pace, so we work in close partnership with parents to support each child as they progress along their individual learning path.

We believe in the power of a stimulating environment, both indoors and out, to inspire young minds. Outdoor learning is a key part of our provision, helping to nurture curiosity and develop confident, independent learners ready for the next stage of their education and life beyond the classroom.
