Gavin has over 20 years’ experience in leading top UK and international schools across the Middle East. His career has combined strategic leadership with a strong focus on teaching, learning, and student wellbeing, ensuring that every child is given the opportunity to thrive. Gavin holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management, as well as professional qualifications including the NPQH. He has extensive experience with accreditation and inspection frameworks such as COBIS, BSO, and IB, which has enabled him to successfully guide schools through external reviews and drive continuous improvement. Throughout his career, Gavin has been committed to building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and embedding robust systems for quality assurance. He is passionate about innovation in education, from the use of data to track and accelerate student progress, to the integration of co-curricular programmes that develop the whole child. Above all, Gavin is dedicated to providing the highest quality of education and broadest range of opportunities for every student. His vision is to nurture happy, confident learners who embody strong values, embrace challenges, and achieve their full potential, both academically and personally, preparing them to succeed in a rapidly changing global society.

With over 15 years of teaching experience and senior leadership roles in successful UK independent schools, Helen Burn has a strong track record of driving academic excellence. She has led inspection preparation and takes a rigorous, evidence-based approach to ensuring the quality of teaching and learning. Central to her philosophy is motivating students to achieve and excel, promoting independent learning and personal development, while balancing academic success with strong pastoral care. Helen holds a BSc in Medical Microbiology, a PGCE and is currently undertaking the NPQH at UCL.

Tim Jefferis has over two decades of experience in leadership roles at top UK and international schools in the UK and overseas. He has a strong track record of shepherding students through GCSEs, A-levels and the IBDP. Tim is dedicated to providing first-class academic and pastoral care, with a focus on implementing effective systems that prioritise the best interests of every student. His leadership brings a steady and experienced hand to the Secondary School, ensuring all students are supported to achieve their full potential.
