Course Description
Literature 101 is a literature appreciation course introducing, analyzing, and critiquing the imaginative literary genres: prose fiction, poetry, and drama. To successfully complete the course, students will develop a demonstrable understanding of the major elements of each genre, as well as read, understand, and apply the literary criticism that surrounds literature. This class earns both MCC credit and L-M credit.
