Planning, implementation, monitoring and/or evaluation of all programs related to Setting and Infrastructure through the utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
Kolej Komuniti Selandar (KKSL) continues to strengthen the integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of campus infrastructure and teaching facilities.
In 2024, the college upgraded the Mathematics Laboratory into a Collaborative Classroom, which remains fully operational in 2025. This classroom is equipped with advanced ICT tools including a Short Throw Projector, All-in-One PCs, LCD Projector, Wireless Presenter, Document Visualizer, Smart TV, Active Sound System, and Ergonomic Discussion Set. The facility supports interactive, technology-driven learning that encourages collaboration and innovation among students and lecturers.
The planning and setup process utilized digital project management tools and design software to ensure efficient spatial layout and resource allocation. During implementation, digital installation manuals and calibration systems were used to configure and test each ICT component. The ICT Department and Facility Management Team continuously monitor the classroom’s performance using maintenance records, usage reports, and user feedback to ensure reliability.
Regular evaluations are conducted through student and lecturer surveys to assess the impact of ICT integration on teaching and learning outcomes. The insights are used to improve future infrastructure planning and align with the college’s SmartGreen and Green Campus initiatives.
This initiative demonstrates KKSL’s ongoing commitment to using ICT for smart infrastructure management, digital transformation, and sustainable campus development.
