Water Efficient Appliances Usage

Kolej Komuniti Selandar has develop a smart watering system named “KKSL Edible Garden Utilizing 3RKG Concept”. The system developed by applying internet of things (IoT) technology in order to monitor the watering system using smart phone. The smart watering system can reduce the water usage at the same time it can monitor the soil humidity.

In addition, Selandar Community College also uses a timer system to control the frequency of watering in the landscape nursery area.
