This means that approximately one-third (33.96%) of the total campus area of Kolej Komuniti Selandar is covered with planted vegetation, including forest vegetation plots, landscape training areas, plant nurseries, and pocket gardens. These planted zones support teaching, research, and sustainability initiatives, while also enhancing the campus’s green and eco-friendly environment.

The “Little Pheonix” garden was created by Landscape Certificate students.

All planted vegetation areas are shown in the attached campus landscape masterplan and site map, supported with geotagged photographs and labelled sections indicating the exact locations of each vegetation zone.
