NEW THIS YEAR - PREP IMMERSION ONE WEEK IN THE SUMMER PLUS 4 Sundays, 4 Spiritual and 4 Service Activities!
PREP is now one week of catechesis (8:30 am to 2:30 pm) for the 2026-27 school year. It will be June 15 to 19, with four Sunday Family Faith sessions (dates TBD).
The Sunday Family Faith Sessions for 2025-26 are Sept.7th, Nov. 23rd, Feb. 1st and April 26th, as well as family participation in four spiritual and four service activities.
Children receiving their Sacraments will meet an additional three times to focus on reception and deeper understanding of the Sacrament.

Registration is now closed. If you’re a returning family, please do not fill out a form. You will receive an email from Parish Giving when registration opened. This email will contain login credentials for a Parish Giving account that was created for you. There is no need for you to create a Parish Giving account. If you didn’t receive an email, please check your spam or any other emails that we may have on file for you. If you check and haven’t found the email, please email us.

Help PROVIDED to anyone whose child is older and hasn’t had any religious education outside of your home, learns differently and/or needs to receive his or her Sacraments, please reach out! We will work as a team to come up with a plan! It is never too late to grow our relationship with our Lord!

PREPregistration for the year, 2025/26, is now closed! If you missed signing up, please contact us and keep an eye for registration for next year in the winter breaks. PREP is for all children in grades 1 through 7 who attend our public and private schools that aren’t Catholic.

A calendar with the Sunday dates, Sacrament meeting dates as well as dates for Spiritual and Service dates are being worked on and will be sent out when finalized before June. The Spiritual and Service dates will be updated ongoing as different programing is added and please keep in mind, you can participate in service and spiritual events at other places not just at SSPP. For example, attend a retreat at Malvern Retreat house, visit St. John Neumann’s shine or make Advent Wreaths as a group. We hope to plan events at SSPP like we have in the past similar to the day of service that we have each January. Or perhaps as a family you visit a retirement home in our parish or adopt a family through our angel tree at church.
In addition, we are looking for certified teachers to teach as well as volunteers for PREP and other Family Ministry programs. If you or anyone you know is interested, please let us know. Thank you!
Our Kickoff Children's Mass is
Sunday, Oct 12th! 11:30 AM Mass with the Parish Picnic starting right after the 11:30 mass!
Children's Masses are usually the first Sunday of the month during the school year at the 9:30 AM. Doughnuts, bagels and refreshments directly afterwards. Future dates are:
11/2, 12/7, 1/4, February TBD, 3/1 and 5/3.
Please note that due to Easter, we will not have a Children's Mass in April. Please join us to hear God's Good News and receive our Lord in the Eucharist at Mass!
Saint's Peter and Paul Children's Masses
are the first Sunday of each month during the 9:30 Mass from October through May! (The Children's Mass on 10/12 will be at 11:30 due to the Parish Picnic.)
2025/26 dates are
10/12 (Parish Picnic), 11/2, 12/7, 1/4, TBD, 3/1 and 5/3.
with donuts and refreshments afterwards
(except for October when it will be followed by the Parish Picnic).

We welcome students of all abilities to our PREP program which meets weekly during the school. In addition, we have an All Ability PREP class that meets once a month during the school year.
