Guruvayurappa started the talk by sharing his experience of having negative thoughts and the destructive nightmares caused by it. He explained the process of his recovery and rediscovery of himself by the 'What are you' question. He discussed the tips of overcoming negativity by methods of synchronization and slowing down through breath control and, picturizing and proclaiming the positive thoughts.
Conclusively, he spoke about the significance of breath control to enhance the focus and handle critical situations. Guruvayurrapa, shared thumb and breathing exercises to improve the focus and demonstrated the use of breathing tool like Pomofocus. He insisted every participant to overwrite the negative by positive thoughts and feel the achievement which will help in building the individuals self-confidence and rediscover the inner strength.
