The Visual Arts Department works as a collaborative team to provide many creative opportunities for DVHS artists. Together, we’ve established a rigorous and relevant curriculum for all levels of study. We continue to mold and adapt each year’s lessons to provide fresh and modern ideas, to keep our students’ works on the cutting edge of learning. We strive to provide career-ready skills for our students, while teaching them about the creative job market. We actively seek out art exhibition opportunities within the community, and highly encourage our students to participate in art showcases within the public venue.
