Shaylie Lozinto-Ryan
My name is Shaylie Lozinto-Ryan, and I am in AP Studio art to conclude my past three years of Visual Fine Arts. I love nature and animals which becomes evident in my art. Along with this, I focus on the figure which allows me to explore a variety of different styles. My portfolio will end up being mostly acrylic, along with charcoal and oil pastel and a few hints of pen, collage, and color pencil.
SI: Why do we strive to make connections? I crave the love that can only be found in other people but fear intimacy that comes along with close relationships. I look at the ways that my relationships have formed me and my concept of love and how it has evolved over time, along with my relationship with myself and others.
