The Computerized Barangay Information Management System (CBIMS) aims to improve the efficiency and accuracy of operations in Barangay Poblacion, Lagonglong, Misamis Oriental. This system is designed to digitize resident records, streamline the issuance of legal documents and optimize administrative tasks. The researchers employed the Waterfall model as a development methodology, ensuring thorough planning, analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases. By addressing the limitations of manual data handling, CBIMS enhances data security. retrieval speed, and overall productivity. The system offers user-friendly interfaces for barangay officials to access resident profiles, issue permits, and maintain organized records. Initial evaluations indicate that CBIMS significantly reduces processing time and improves service delivery. The study concludes with the successful deployment of CBIMs, highlighting its potential scalability to other barangays.
