HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER:
1. Complete the membership application attached in its entirety.
Please ensure two reference forms are completed by two non-family members.
Your reference can return the form directly to the squad via email or to the applicant to submit with their application.
2. Return the application to: firstname.lastname@example.org
If email is not possible, please contact us to arrange a mutually agreeable time to meet and collect your application.
3. Await a response from the Membership Committee and the Executive Board.
Applications will remain valid for 60 days.
