Depending on your circumstances, District II Rescue may be able to offer assistance. 

In addition to providing 9-1-1 response, District II Rescue occasionally provides non-emergent transport home or to local medical practice for non-ambulatory patients. Services are provided by licensed volunteer EMTs and are done without any compensation. A donation to the non profit rescue squad is typically the key to schedule availability.
