2025/2026 Course Selection is now open until February 27th, 2025
Support classes are added to a student's schedule by recommendation from:
Grade 8 teacher
resource teacher
classroom teacher(s)
counsellor or administrator
and in collaboration with a student and their caregiver(s).
Resource (RE1X, RE2X)
Resource (RE1X, RE2X)
- choose 1 for one term, and 2 for both terms.
- choose 1 for one term, and 2 for both terms.
- if choosing RE1X, in the notes for counselor portion of the course selection specify what class the resource period is supporting.
What students need to know:
· This class provides supports for Grades 9-12 students
· Resource is a non-credit class
· Resource teachers will support students’ learning plans by collaborating with them and their classroom teachers
· Daily activities focus on individual or guided homework completion, academic concept revision, and organization
· Assistance with time management, study skills and exam completion
· Students can register for Resource in one or both semesters (as timetable allows)
