There are multiple ways to get support from the SGASD Technology Team:
If you have a question about an Instructional Tool or Curriculum/Classroom Integration, you should reach out to your Instructional Technology Specialist.
If you have a technology issue that is preventing you from doing your job, you should call the Technology Help Desk at extension 6925.
If you have a general technology issue that needs addressed but is not preventing you from doing your job at the current time, please submit a Help Desk Ticket (login with your district email and password to submit a ticket).

Please follow these directions to re-enter your password in the print queue. If you still experience issues after following these steps, please call the Technology Help Desk at extension 6925.
Please follow these directions which will allow you to use your password as the admin password for a short period of time. If you still experience issues after following these steps, please call the Technology Help Desk at extension 6925.
To fix this issue:
Click on the screen mirroring menu on your MacBook.
Click the checkmark beside "Mirror Built-In Retina Display".
Your macBook screen will now appear normal.
Please follow these directions to fix this issue. You will need to enable hardware acceleration in Google Chrome.
