Hi! my name is Ms. Adame and I am so excited to be your first grade teacher! This will be my 7th year teaching at Gallardo Elementary, but my 11th year teaching in total. I love first grade and all the exploring, learning, and fun we get to have!
I was born and raised in Texas and I am a graduate of Texas Lutheran University. Go Bulldogs! I earned my bachelor's degree in Multidisciplinary studies and I am a certified ESL teacher.
Fun facts and hobbies: I have 2 older sisters and 1 "baby" brother. I love Mexican food and Mexican candy! I enjoy reading, watching comedies, and spending time with family and friends.
It is my hope that you will love reading as much as I do. I can't wait to spend the next year learning and growing with you!

I am a native Texan and graduate of UTSA. I am a lifelong learner and avid reader. It is my goal to instill a love of learning and reading into my students.

Hello, I'm a brand new first year teacher here at Gallardo Elementary, teaching first grade and loving it!! Last year I started in Southside ISD as a substitute teacher at Freedom Elementary. Previously I spent the past 8 years living abroad, teaching ESL, mostly upper elementary and high school in South Korea. I'm originally from California, I graduated from San Jose State University in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in Anthropology. My hobbies include traveling, murder mysteries, and my two beloved cats!! Dual Language
I am a teacher of Southside ISD and have been here in Texas for the past 26 years. I have served the communities in teaching Bilingual and Dual Language as times have changed. I love the people and the amazing hearts we served with them comes the students. I am a teacher who comes from a Spanish speaking environment of South Texas in Brownville. I have always enjoyed to be independent since my childhood years.
