Non-School Day Practices

Practices may not be held when school has been canceled or dismissed early due to inclement weather without expressed permission from the superintendent.

Cancellation decisions due to weather are made at the district level.

Practice is permitted on in-service days.  Schedule with the athletic director.

Practice is permitted during Parent/Teacher Conference days at times when conferences for the particular school(s) involved are not in session.

Practices may be held on Saturdays and certain school holidays.

Sunday practices must be approved by the principal/athletic director.  If approved, coaches will need to schedule the practice between the hours of 12 PM and 6 PM. There must be a need for a Sunday practice, and if approved, players must be given another day off during the week to make up for the break that would have normally occurred on Sunday.
