Insurance for Student-Athletes

All student-athletes are required to have some type of insurance coverage while they participate in sports programs. If a student-athlete so chooses, insurance may be purchased through the school (with the exception of student-athletes who play junior varsity and varsity football). Insurance/Medical form must be flled out by each athlete and turned in to the head coach. Students that do not have insurance should be reported to the school nurse. Maintain the medical forms in a confidential area for use in case of an emergency. Maintain confidentiality of medical information.
