Budgeting money for needed expenses for the following year begins late in the fall. Coaches should be in close contact with the athletic director and building principal to be sure that needed expenses for next year's season are known.
Examples of needs include, but are not limited to, new uniforms, uniform parts, equipment, meal expenses, and lodging expenses.
Several weeks before a season begins, the coach and the athletic director need to make sure that appropriate items are requisitioned for the upcoming season. Requisitions are available in the main office at each high school and need to be submitted to the principal's secretary in order for items to be ordered.

All orders go through the Athletic Director - Paid through the general fund or a sports activity fund.
Get a quote from a vendor, and be mindful of shipping costs!
Give the quote to the athletic director, and they will get a PO generated
Coaches/Advisors are financially responsible for items that are not ordered with a PO
