Once you receive the Skedulo notification and/or the email notification about a new client - accept the notification in Skedulo & add the client into to your POC and CPA Tracker

Call the family to introduce yourself & confirm the date, time, location (telehealth or address if in person)

Other helpful tips & ways to exemplify the Solace Pillars: be courteous, building rapport starts here.  Ask if caregiver has a few minutes to visit, provide your contact info, inquire about parking, ask about child’s favorite toys or activities, ask if caregiver has any questions about eval process, set time expectations for first visit,  & share ‘I’m looking forward to meeting you and your child!’
