Matrixcare 5-day Window Notification 

Within Matrixcare, when you select a patient's daily visit note from the home page, you may have noticed a new alert stating "Create Recert OASIS visit for cert period MM/DD/YYYY". This notification is alerting you that the patient's current certification period is within the 5-day window.  This alert is consistent across all patients and payers regardless of the patient's age. 

 Please complete the appropriate note type for your kiddo, to meet the 5-day window CPA requirement when you see this alert. 

If you are a COTA/PTA please use this notification to double-check that the CPA has been completed or is set to be completed within the 5-day window for your patient.
