Solace Pediatric Healthcare utilizes Ring Central for telephone, video, direct messaging (GLIP), and telemedicine communication. As our primary communications platform, understanding Ring Central is essential to your success. We also use the Google platform including Google Meets, Google Calendar, and Gmail which will be covered in a separate module. This module covers how to create Care Plans in MatrixCare, using SMART goals, and the newly created Custom Care Plan options as well.  Videos included. 

This interactive modules covers responsibilities and how-to's when it comes to documentation and medications.  It reviews Case Manager responsibilities with regards to medication statements and the POC & even covers SureScripts and how to make sure the medication imports you see are added to the medication profile.
