THIS IS A WORKING DOCUMNET AND ALL OF YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE SAME ONE. WITH THAT BEING SAID, IT IS IMPARATIVE THAT YOU MAKE A COPY OF THE DOCUMENT TO MAKE IT YOUR OWN.

1. Click on the open icon in the top right corner of the document

2. The document then opens up in your google drive

3. Click on "FILE"

4. Go down to "MAKE A COPY" if you do not make a copy then it does not become your own to work in. Everyone will still have access.

5. Name the document with your first name and last name and children's book

   1. exBillyGoatchildrensbook

   2. do not share it ...

   3. do not click copy comments ...

6. Close the Copy of Children's book Layout

7. MAKE SURE you continue to work in the document that has your name
