Visiting the classroom
You will have an opportunity to tour your child's classroom. This happens for 10 min on the second day of school. Classroom visits will be organized for September. At that time you will be able to visit the classroom and meet the classroom teacher and the Designated Early Childhood Educator. Letters will be sent to you in the summer to let you know the date and time of your visit.
You and your child are encouraged to come for this short 10 min visit.
Staggered Entry
Staggered Entry
Your child will begin school on a staggered entry. You will receive a date for your child’s first day of school. On the first day of staggered entry, the first half of the First Year students will attend a day of class, while the second half of the students will stay home. On the second day of staggered entry, the second half of the class will attend a day of class while the first half stays home. On the third day of staggered entry, all of the First Year students will attend class.
*Your kindergarten team will be contacting you with your child's start date.
