SLUSD fosters the growth, development, and educational achievement of all students by promoting health and wellness, in a safe and supportive environment. We are focused on equity and ensuring that all of our students have the opportunity to be healthy, engaged, and successful.

We are here to serve our entire community to promote optimal health through coordinated school health and wellness programs.

SLUSD Students can complete a self-referral for academic and counseling support services by completing the following Google Form. You must be signed in to your Google account to complete the self-referral form.
