Tonal & Rhythmic Mini-Games

Goal: To review and remember some of the musical foundations covered back in kindergarten.

Games we have been playing:

• Counting Music - drumming patterns around the circle and learning how to count the rhythms

• Rhythm Freeze - marching to beats of different speeds and freezing during certain aural prompts

• Odd One Out - listening to 3 tonal or rhythmic patterns and picking which one did not fit

• Tonal Telephone - just like the normal "telephone" game--passing a phrase--but with music patterns.
