Treat Yourself Well is a website brought to you by Student Affairs that provides links to services that promote your well being, not only at SJSU, but in your life activities.

There are many dimensions to wellness. Some of these dimensions are listed below. Each link offers a wealth of suggestions and ways to engage in these activities in your life.

Physical
Care for your body in order to stay healthy now and in the future; eat well and be active

Social
Maintain healthy relationships; enjoy being with others; develop strong friendships and intimate relationships; care about others and let others care about you.

Emotional
Manage your emotions in a constructive way; understand and respect your own feelings, values and attitudes; appreciate the feelings of others.

Occupational

Healthy Sexuality: Talk to a Health Educator to learn essential knowledge, services and options available to you around sexual health and wellness.

Stress Reduction and Self-Care: Visit the Wellness Lounge to access services like the Condom Co-Op, massage chairs, light therapy, and more! Many resources are available on campus to help you enhance your well-being.

eCheckup To Go: Take this free, online intervention tool to receive personalized feedback on your behaviors regarding alcohol, marijuana, and/or tobacco.

Mandatory Online Training Programs: To foster a healthier, safer campus environment, San José State University requires all students to complete online sexual assault prevention training.

Medical Services: Need healthcare? Visit SJSU’s state-of-the-art medical facility on the second floor of the Student Wellness Center to see a provider, visit the pharmacy, and more.
