The calendar tab provides useful dates and deadlines for adding/dropping classes, holidays, graduation, posting of grades, registration, and fee schedules for a given academic year. Grad Slam

Grad slam is a campus-wide event to showcase graduate student research across all disciplines. Typically held during the Spring semester, Grad Slam’s unique format provides graduate students the challenge to present their information in three minutes or less and to be judged on their ability to engage and communicate key details about their research to a lay audience. Winners will receive cash prizes and the opportunity to possibly participate in regional competitions. For more details, visit the Grad Slam webpage.

Celebration of Research

The Celebration of Research is an event that features presentations honoring faculty and student researchers. Grad Slam finalists and Early Career Investigator Award winners are announced, and the College of Humanities and Arts perform creative performances which highlight the event.
