About
Yaniv Gat, Ph.D., focuses on educational leadership, management, assessment, and curriculum studies at Beit-Berl College and Bar-Ilan University, Israel. He previously served as a district counselor for teaching and learning skills at the Israeli Ministry of Education. His doctoral research led to the development of a tool for assessing social-emotional competencies in simulations, aimed at enhancing teachers' conflict management skills.
Research Interests
Yaniv is an honorary researcher at the Centre for the Study of Higher Education, University of Kent. In collaboration with Professor Kathleen M. Quinlan and Dr. Edd Pitt, their research examines the effects of consequential feedback on teacher development in simulations.

Vision
Coaching for personal and professional growth of Educational Leaders
> Establish a flowing interpersonal space with the teacher, in which he will be able to express and develop his skills and his pedagogical perception.
> Instruct the teacher to formulate a personal pedagogical vision that reflects an adaptive profile of optimal teaching-learning school goals.
> Create conditions where deep learning will occur, based on ongoing exploration of the art of teaching.
> Assist the teacher in initiating educational projects while developing a personal investigation of his uniqueness.
> Lead the teacher to learn and teach areas he believes in, and also will be a proactive partner in taking action on them while striving for optimal performance.
> Train teachers to achieve successive professional experiences.
