> Establish a flowing interpersonal space with the teacher, in which he will be able to express and develop his skills and his pedagogical perception.
> Instruct the teacher to formulate a personal pedagogical vision that reflects an adaptive profile of optimal teaching-learning school goals.
> Create conditions where deep learning will occur, based on ongoing exploration of the art of teaching.
> Assist the teacher in initiating educational projects while developing a personal investigation of his uniqueness.
> Lead the teacher to learn and teach areas he believes in, and also will be a proactive partner in taking action on them while striving for optimal performance.
> Train teachers to achieve successive professional experiences.
