Parent University Virtual Autumn Series
Wakefield Public School’s Parent University presents a virtual autumn series with a focus on mindfulness. With today’s hectic schedules, stresses, and life demands, students and caregivers alike can forget to focus on their own wellbeing. Our November sessions will explore the benefit of mindful practices and their impact on our physical and mental health.
Please register for these two sessions below to access the Zoom links.
(You do not need to be a Wakefield resident to attend.)
Since 2014, Wakefield Public Schools has offered parents and caregivers programming that addresses academic, social-emotional, and technology topics through its Parent University series.
Special thanks to the Wakefield Parent Partnership for their sponsorship this fall.
An in-person event is planned for the spring.
