You may recognize Frank Olivieri, our November 12 speaker, from his sold out workshops through Wakefield Recreation . We’re excited to welcome Frank at our first Lunch-and-Learn workshop on Tuesday, November 12 at 1 p.m. Frank is a mindfulness meditation practitioner with over 30 years of experience and will explore the roots of stress and introduce the transformative power of mindfulness. This session will not only highlight core principles and practical techniques, it will also bring attendees through a 15-minuted guided meditation exercise to increase focus, promote emotional resilience, and foster a sense of peace.
A certificate of attendance for professional development will be available for participants who attend the live session. You do not need to be a Wakefield resident to attend this virtual session.
Frank Olivieri, a mindfulness meditation practitioner with over 30 years of experience. He began his journey to alleviate headaches and migraines as a pre-teen and has since experienced the profound healing benefits of mindfulness firsthand. Frank holds formal training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) from Brown University and a professional certificate in Mindful Leadership from George Mason University. He regularly leads workshops, trainings, and weekly sitting groups, sharing his expertise and guiding others on their mindfulness journey.
