Dr. Chris Willard, a clinical psychologist, author, and lecturer at Harvard Medical School, will teach caregivers how they can engage their children and teens in mindful practices. Dr. Willard will be sharing fun, science-based mindfulness practices through awareness, movement, games, play, and creative activities designed for all ages.

Dr. Chris Willard, (Psy. D.) is a clinical psychologist, author and consultant based in Massachusetts. He is a part-time lecturer in psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Willard has spoken in forty countries, and has presented at two TEDx events. He is the author of twenty books, including Alphabreaths (2019), Growing Up Mindful (2016) and How we Grow Through What We Go Through, (2024). His thoughts on mental health have been featured in newspapers such as The New York Times and The Washington Post, and on websites such as mindful.org, and cnn.com.
