The following is a list of the 290 Lots which are part of the Wood's Edge Homeowners Association. The information was gathered using the online public resources Lancaster County Property Tax Database and Lancaster County Recorder of Deeds. Listed here is the Lot size, year built, Subdivision Plan, and reference in the Declaration. You can view and download the Subdivision Plans here.)

Seventeen of these (marked in red) have been doubled billed since they were built, between 2000-2002. Owners have protested this vigorously for years, as similar homes built on similarly sized lots a few years later have not been double billed.

The lots have been sorted by size on this list so that you can see: the largest lots in the HOA are not assessed double dues. In fact, two board members own large lots that are not double billed.
